“These people are perfectionists. They have done two framing/glazing/matting jobs for me . I was moved by the respect with which they handled my "high sentimental value" documents and other items. I looked for flaws in their work; there were none. They also restored a torn and damaged display of my Dad's old military medals, preserving the inscriptions and everything else, for much less than I expected to pay. Need some work of this type done? For heaven's sake see these folks first!”

The wine place I usually go to (used to go to?) doesn’t offer online ordering so I went searching for one that does, as I have a high risk family member and try to avoid exposure. I was able to mix & match a couple cases worth, all while shopping from home. Their communication was great after placing my order regarding a couple out of stock items. And then they even brought my order out to my car when I got there so I wouldn’t have to go in. Very convenient. The traffic comes in waves on 119 during the daytime so even if you’re crossing over the highway to access this store it’s not a long wait compared to crossing over 280. I love the pizza at this store. It’s very good even when it’s sat under the heat lamp for awhile.”

I met him for the first time today when i went at 8am and Austin was able to fix my iPhone 10R phone screen (Cracked glass and broken LCD) in less than an hour while i waited. He is completely transparent about his processes, pricing, and the quality of his parts and I left with what felt like a brand new phone for a fraction of the cost to get a completely new one.
