Godfrey and Russell arrived on time, in fact early for our appointment, and took time to walk through the house to determine the areas that needed servicing with me to ensure we were on the same page. Next, Godfrey and Russell quickly got to work and began servicing all needed areas. They worked both quickly and efficiently, and after their service the carpets looked and smelled clean and new! Their system to pay was also time efficient and hassle free, as we were able to easily pay with their portable card reader. In addition, Godfrey came prepared with a printed receipt and emailed a copy as well for our records. Our appointment concluded with Godfrey providing two chocolate chip cookies thanking us for being a customer!
