“I had an excellent experience with my yearly checkup. Solid 5 stars to the appointment coordinator/front desk lady (Linda I think?) for helping me move my appointment twice! WOW, she is a rockstar. Betty was my nurse and I really enjoyed taking to her. She was very caring and easy to connect with. Dr. Cooper has a genuine bed side manner, very friendly and had great tips for me to be proactive in my health so I will thank myself later in life! I noticed the negative review on here so I had my concerns going in but I had a completely different experience. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper!”

“My daughter was seen in the Emergency Department on 7/30/2020. From the ambulance service to the entire staff of the ER was so compassionate & informative. She had multiple fractures of her left leg & ankle & a severe sprain of the right ankle. The x-ray department did an outstanding job of getting multiple views of her injuries. Dr Eiland, was excellent, and had the x-rays emailed to her and me. When I had to get her medical records forwarded to her Primary Care Physician, Zera, a clerk in that department was extremely helpful. I would recommend this to facility to anyone.”

“I’m not a fan of Google reviews. A doc can work his/herself to death THROUGH A PANDEMIC (a time when docs and nurses and ancillary staff “get out of the business” because of the stress and excessive burden from insurance companies, lack of appreciation, etc.) to save lives and make your quality of life better, while sacrificing his/her own livelihood and family to do that. To do that for YOU, and for YOUR FAMILY. A doc who just takes your copay and neglects to even acknowledge you’re in the room…I get that…crap bedside manner…give them a one-star. But to give a one-star review because the over-worked staff didn’t treat you like a concierge medicine VIP is absurd. I know as a fact that these are good doctors. They are smart and detailed in the care of their patients. Their patients come first. Their patients are better because these docs are good docs. Point blank. Sorry they had to prioritize to a more urgent/emergent patient during this pandemic. Praise to the folks who recognize this and click on the 5-star review. For those who flagrantly throw out 1-star reviews, I will pray for you…and hope you don’t get forced into a public healthcare system like most of the first-world countries (that are coming to America for better care).”

“I came in for a procedure and was taken back and prepped in a timely manner. Dr Holcomb came in before and talked to me about what was going to happen. After the procedure he came in to explain how things went and asked if I had questions. He was kind and confident. The nurses were extremely kind and attentive. The anesthesiologist was knowledgeable and let me know what to expect. The entire staff was quite professional and I experienced a very positive visit at Russell Medical.”

“Super quick service compared to other pharmacies. They go out of their way to help their customers. They always treat the customers with respect and smiling faces which is nice to see every once in a while. The prices can be a little high up front sometimes but that's to be expected with a pharmacy. The employers will help you with coupons and other discounts if they can though so that's a plus!”

“I love them. I’ve been getting allergy shots here for a very long time. They are quick and friendly. The allergy tests are simple and usually they work well with any schedule. They let you know when your bill is due and they accept a ton of insurances. Hardly ever a wait for shots. They tell you when you start a new vial and Micky the main nurse for the shots is super helpful when it comes to questions.”
