“Two great and wonderful things come out of this place. Let’s start with strength. I cannot tell you how different it is doing these workouts vs doing it on your own. I can tell my strength is going up since my pain is getting To be less and shorter. ( don’t worry the pain is from using muscles I haven’t used in forever ) Work past the pain and get stronger. It feels so good! The physical therapy is awesome too. I haven’t fully taken advantage of her expertise yet. I have seen her working on others. I will say this, I had knee surgery and had lost mobility. I talked to her about it and she had me perform a test and it was actually something else. She had told me what to do and boom I’m moving good again! With this program, I find myself standing better. Sitting better. Sleeping better. Everything feels better. Except for when I miss workouts. Everyone here is so very patient. So kind and encouraging. I was nervous but am so glad I signed up. They truly care. So if your still reading this just come and see what it’s all about and DO IT! “The leaders and coaches at Vision are professional in the way they communicate with the parents, and do a great job of relaying information. They have a website that stays up to date, as well as an app. The coaches have the gymnasts best interest in the way they coach and lead. My 5 year old daughter loves going, and my 8 year old daughter just started this month! This is a great gym, that takes pride in the way they help their gymnasts succeed! I have recommended this gym to several friends!”

“I enjoy it, I usually go early morning for lower crowd value. But I wish mask wearing would be enforced. Some of the guest lack sanitation, they cough in their hands and then use the machines without wiping down. During this pandemic it makes coming uneasy sometime. I usually try to stay distant from others. But overall it's a nice place. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.”

I signed up after seeing a $0 startup fee ad and figured why not. While signing up I find out that they slip in an annual fee that they failed to mention in the ad. It wasn't due immediately, but it would be nice to be up front about pricing. I consider this deceptive advertising. Despite the fee, it's a great deal. There is no reason to hide the extra fee in my opinion.”
