Nothing ground breaking at first but having someone work with you to tailor a diet plan that is both effective and achievable has been great! Ellie is super energetic and engaging and provides continual feedback based on your needs. I never realized how much a good diet could affect your energy levels during your workouts, and improve recovery time so that you are ready to go the next day! Thanks to Ellie for showing me the way. I highly recommend Laminin and if you have ever been curious about some nutritional coaching Ellie is the best. You’ll be surprised at the difference it makes!”

“Today I came into the Circle K/Kangaroo fueling station to get some ice. Because everyone knows the crunchy Ice is the best. The young lady behind the counter was super attentive and 100% professional and amazingly nice. Marquita you are a rockstar at what you do and thank you for the positivity this morning I truly needed it. She had literally everyone in smiles before they left the building. Some might say that this is just one small gas station but this little gas station that I visit everyday just made a amazingly incredible experience and I will be back again and again simply because of the kindness and professionalism Marquita shown everyone as they walked and as they walked out. She deserves a raise and I do not know her personally at all. She really was a blessing for me this morning and I needed her positivity today.
