“Best orthodontic staff in Birmingham! I changed my orthodontist to Yanosky Orthodontics a few years ago and have stayed with them for a number of reasons. With each visit, the staff has been very friendly and great at their job as well as making me very comfortable. Also, I have had an easy experience with making appointments around my schedule and am usually seated quickly after arriving. Dr. Yanosky does a great job himself at giving patients plenty of attention and talking through what he is doing and why. He and his staff are very experienced and knowledgeable in the field and turn what should be a stressful experience for a patient into an easy time.”

I have always been terrified of the dentist after a few bad experiences in my life, but my mom recommended Dr. Jennings to me as she uses him as well and he and his staff have always made me feel comfortable and at ease and explain what they are doing and don’t push it if something is causing pain. They listen to what I am saying and don’t brush it off. They have worked with me on payments. There is no dentist/staff I would be more willing to recommend to others!”

“I never leave bad reviews, and I use this location weekly. Never have any problems. Until this past Friday. Keep in mind I am a bartender, vulgar language does not phase me. I am also the mother to 3 teenagers and a 7 year old. I honestly let cuss words slip too often myself. But Friday there were multiple young employees working. My 7 year old was in the back seat. Every other word out of the employees mouth was profanity. I wouldn’t have cared if it was just me, but that’s really not good for business. They were lucky I’m not that mom that goes crazy over profanity. Honestly, I didn’t mind till I heard a young female employee tell a young male employee that she had a stick and she wasn’t afraid to “shove it up his @$$” She went a little too far with that comment. This was the first time I’ve experienced anything other than a good experience. That’s why I still left 5 stars, but management, please talk to these kids because others aren’t as tolerant as I am and I’d hate to see a grown adult go crazy on them for their language.”
