(February 17, 2020, 6:21 pm)The hotel was clean and close to airport. It was nice to have breakfast available. It was satisfactory. But the friendly and caring staff is what made our stay. Stephanie went above an beyond to help us. Our visit was due to two deaths in the family.

(January 11, 2020, 5:36 pm)My best teacher friend and I always stay at the Puffin Inn when she is coming into town or if she has to get up very early the morning she is leaving to return to the bush. The Puffin is always clean, well organized, has a great continental breakfast, and the desk staff workers are just incredible! They always remember and do their best to accommodate our preferences. The lobby features a comfortable Alaskan atmosphere complete with fireplace and luggage carts that may be used between vehicle and room. The prices are very reasonable and the inn is just a convenient 1.5 miles from the airport, with a free shuttle promptly provided for those who need it. The Puffin Inn is definitely our favorite place to stay!

(January 2, 2020, 2:05 pm)Cheap motel located in the heart of Anchorage. Convenience is an understatement, with all stores and eateries being in walking distance. The air is clear and plenty of Moose to watch and admire. The main lobby has the classic frontier Hunter vibe. I recommend anyone coming to Anchorage and is looking for a short stay, with shuttle service, Puffin Inn is your place.

(December 29, 2019, 12:07 pm)Clean room. Great shower. Comfy bed. Belgian waffle maker in the lobby , along with your typical continental breakfast in the morning. Perfect for a brief stay and so close to the airport. I’ll definitely look into the Puffin Inn if I find my way back to this area.
