“Lived this place. Super clean. Very spacious. Quick check in. Although I was a little disappointed regarding no breakfast, every morning they putted a small brown bag in front of your door with the following (3oz juice, granola bar, fruit, a type of bread . Everything is reopening why still with this measure? Less cost for the hotel? Or to avoid paying more employees? Since most of the clientele is getting some what used to this process. Housekeeping does not come to your room every day. They come when you need something. Good thing they do send you a text and ask if you need something for your room or change sheets. I believe they do a general cleaning every Wednesday.”

“I have been having chronic issues with pain in my sciatica and my neck and my lower back. I finally broke down and decided I was going to get a massage. This is my first time at Massage Envy and definitely will not be my last. I'm not 100% sure but I think my masseuse was named Chanda and she did a really good job. I just wish that it could have been longer than an hour but Beggars can't be choosers right? I also love it they have an app so you can actually go online and you can book your appointment and you can actually mark down specific areas that you want targeted instead of having to call and wait on the phone for someone to answer and then having to explain yourself to them everything is online and it is wonderful.”

“Breakfast just got better on the UAA Campus! The UAA Bakery Cart has the perfect baked items to go with that hot tea/coffee. The Ham Scone and Apple Turnover are my favorites. All the baked goods are made by students in the Culinary Arts program at UAA. The UAA Bakery Cart opens at 9 AM (Tue, Wed, Thurs), so I suggest getting here early for the best of the best. “Recently transited JBER Pax terminal 2 times. First, on an outbound flight for Yokota, and then on the return side from Yokota. Both times were FANTASTIC, even with minor setbacks from a maintenance issue. The whole set up, customer service and personnel at JBER are stellar. My kids really appreciated the strong WiFi, the kids area (they're teens and still had fun), and especially the Lunch Boxes we purchased for the flight . Passenger services on the return side were also very good. If you're lucky enough to be there during the sunrise, you may see the area like the first photo. All in all, we will gladly visit JBER Passenger Terminal again!”
