“You cant trust Gill Law Firm in Buckeye Arizona. Attorney Lindsay Elise Guthrie is a partner at Gill Law Firm. Lindsay Guthrie failed to report a student teacher intimate relationship while acting as the students poms coach. Lindsay could've protected the minor child from additional abuse but she neglected to do so. This is an ethical violation for Lindsay as an attorney and a criminal offense for failing to fulfill her duties as a mandated reporter. Where were Lindsay's morals when she had a duty to protect kids she was trusted to coach? If Lindsay Guthrie cant bother to protect kids from abuse, we cant trust her as an attorney! Lindsay is allegedly participating in other unethical and illegal activities as well. There is a history of concerning allegations against Lindsay Guthrie. Other online reviews claim Lindsay has been a director of multiple nonprofit organizations that were scams and participated in identity theft scams and so on and so forth.”

“Tim at TP Luxury Group was the best Phoenix realtor we have ever worked with. We didn't know Tim personally but we hired him because of all of the work he has done in Verrado. However, we would not hesitate to hire him for any of our Phoenix properties. Originally, we reached out to Tim a couple of years ago. His detailed assessment of our investment property was not as positive in our favor. Even though it meant he did not gain a sale, we all agreed to hold off and continue renting. Fast forward to 18 months later and we called him again for an assessment, and hired him to start the process of selling the home. From the first day, the amount of effort, communication, and above and beyond measures he took was incredible (Chores, micro staging, arranging multiple trades to do work, etc) . The dental assistants are also very helpful in answering any questions I have and making sure I’m comfortable. I’ve had some work done by both dentists and I would recommend either to my friends and family. Both were aware of my dental anxiety and made sure that I was relaxed and calm before starting any work. Both are great conversationalists as well so that helped a lot with my nerves.
