“I was born with scoliosis, and I have a shorter right leg among other issues. I have tried every modality out there, and this is the best by far. My back has completely gone out on me before, and I was really close to that when I started SST. After 2 weeks I was almost pain free!! “We got takeout desserts, which were quick. The expert baker in our family said the Triple berry pie was superb with both an excellent crust and filling. The churros filled with apples were great. The chocolate decadence cake was also dark chocolate delight. Outstanding desserts!! We then went back for lunch and everything was excellent. Great burgers turkey burgers and salads.”

“Love Dr. Mohan- she is very nice and thorough- I would have put 5 stars but I was billed for a visit that never happened- explanation I got was because of Covid they can bill- I never spoke to a doctor or np-only receptionist- I told them it was insurance fraud and they booted me as a patient. Never said I was dissatisfied with my care as their letter stated. Not upset- found new primary and filing complaint with medical board!”

“I’ve been working with Pam on the reformer for the past few months. She is knowledgeable and willing to tailor my program to meet my needs and ability. To date she has introduced mat, reformer, and chair Pilates, combining them into my exercise program. She explains proper form for each exercise, and is a positive and encouraging instructor. Pam has a very engaging personality and makes Pilates fun. Her new studio is great, well equipped, bright, and very clean. I highly recommend Sundial Pilates.”

“Cat is an amazing esthetician. I have never had a skin care treatment as my skin is highly sensitive to most products. Over summer, I developed melasma on my forehead. I tried dark spor corrector and other products that did not help. I went to Cat for RF microneedling and have had great results with both the tone and elasticity in my skin. The procedure was quick and the down time was minimal (like a sunburn). Cat was gentle and made my treatment feel more like I was at the spa than anything. Thank you, Cat!”

“Super cute place. Small, cozy. Good service and fortunately I beat the lunch rush. I found myself hungry when running work errands in Carefree. I opted for a club sandwich and french onion soup. Both super good. Although I guess they're known for the crab salad. I will go back and try it if I find myself in the area again. Also the food photo setting on my phone is pretty rad.”
