  Happy Hour Fitness has been the best experience for me. I love having Rayn as a trainer. Her workout style in unique, challanging but so fun. Her energy is motivating and addicting. You'll be hooked immediately. I love how she takes time to get to know each of her clients and influences us to reach our goals at our pace. She has created this group of amazing people who also are inspiring and encouraging. She's absolutely amazing!!!

  Rayn and Happy Hour Fitness has made such a huge difference in my life.
  It has brought a wonderful focus to my fitness training and also introduced me to a entire group of like minded wonderful people I now call friends. The magic and intensity of our workouts and our shared laughter and smiles makes the boot camps well worth the effort. Rayn's creativity knows no limits and neither does her energy and concern for each individual in her classes.

  Rayn’s Happy Hour fitness group is like a fitness drug! You get totally addicted!! She puts so much creativity and variety in to her workouts it always fun and challenging!   Rayn has changed my life. I had never exercised and was intimidated at first. However, after going to just one class, I felt completely accepted and supported by everyone in the class. Rayn has the ability to connect with each person and knows just how to motive us and keep us coming back for more.
