“Guys down here do really good work. Ive seen them in action on all kinds of vehicles including classics, your average daily drivers, Mercedes, and multiple high performance vehicles. Work on anything from oil changes to custom machining parts and motor builds. They helped tremendously with building both my mustang's. “I was advised by one of the local garages that I needed a new radiator, and the cost would be $970, including new hoses. I was referred to The Car Guy and he quoted me $722. BUT, he said to bring it in so he could look at it. He could not find any reason to replace the radiator or the hoses. He pointed out a couple of possible leak points where the hoses connect to the radiator and advised me to tighten them once the engine cooled down. Gene is very honest and straightforward. For all my future repairs and maintenance, The Car Guy will have my business”

“The front office was always pleasant. I had planned to leave my car at the gate and use the night drop, but one of the technicians saw me after they had already closed, came all the way across the lot, opened the gate, and took my car in so it didn't have to sit overnight. Kat was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. She advocated for me with my insurance company and actually saved me $500! Jason kept me informed of the progress. There was a one day delay because of the special process needed to to correct a wheel. Jason informed me and gave me the rationale. I received my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off and it looks like new again. It is very apparent that everyone takes pride and ownership in their work. Hope I don't ever have to go back there...but if I need repairs I definitely would!”

“Me and my husband have been going to pep boys for a very long time. We specifically go there to see Ben only. In the service department. He is the only reason we ever go to pep boys. Not only is he friendly but he is helpful and makes us feel like we are apart of the family there. He gives us the best advice on our vehicles and always checks our cars to make sure their safe before trips out of town. I will not go to any other pep boys or pep boys in general unless Ben is there because he makes us feel special. Oh yeah and I’ll drive a whole hour to this location just to see him”

“Chris was very helpful and honest with my problem. My GMC was making a terrible vibration, grinding noise when I was in backing up in reverse. Thought it was transmission problems, CV joints, axle going out, etc. He looked at it and told me a bolt had come out from the caliper on front drivers side causing the problem. “Last night my battery went dead about a block away from this location. Instead of calling my insurance company and waiting for a repairman, I decided to walk over to this NAPA location. As I was about halfway through the parking lot where this NAPA is located, I saw an employee walk over to turn the OPEN sign over and lock the door. I immediately started to sprint over as I just missed them. I knocked on the window and yelled in that "my car had died". The two gentlemen looked at each other and one walked over to slightly open the door. As I began to tell them my issue, they started to ask the make and model and even asked where I was pulled over (more on this later). The guys here got me all set with a new battery, and made sure that I had the correct size wrench as I did not have any tools on me. As I was paying for the battery, one of the employees mentioned that he was getting off in about 5-minutes and would swing by to make sure that I had the correct wrench and also see if I needed help. Not only did the employee, Brent, do this but he also helped me with my car reset. This is the type of service we all hope for as customers and more. These guys went above and beyond when they were closed, and this positive review is just a small token of my appreciation.”
