“Dr Peairs is a Top Notch Orthopaedic Surgeon. I speak as both a Registered Nurse and as a patient. Not only does he educate all of his clients through every step of their diagnosis, but he also answers All of your questions (in language that makes sense), demonstrates on models, never makes you feel rushed, is extremely personable and is an Excellent Orthopaedic Surgeon that performed 2 surgeries on my teenagers knees (that the Best Surgeon in Chicago made worse--Dr. Peairs fixed his mistakes) and now he is taking care of me as well. “Had my initial appt and they exceeded my expectations. Front office was great and Leslie was amazing. Leslie took her time with me and it quickly became obvious that she genuinely cares about what's best for the patient. I could tell she actually went through my long medical history from my previous doc - I know that should be standard but we all know it's not. I left my previous doc feeling lost and disheartened. It became apparent that my decision to leave and go to Advanced Pain was the right one. Only wish I left the other doc sooner. Leslie had new ideas and a "we-won't-stop-trying" attitude. It literally brought me to tears. I left feeling like a dog with two tails knowing relief is still a possibility and Leslie is in my corner. Hope is huge!”

“I had a very good experience here and would go again if needed. The waiting room is extremely large, and other than a child and his mom coughing and sneezing (and not covering their mouths or noses) there was no wait on a Friday. The receptionist was friendly, personable, easy to talk with, efficient and nice. The same with the nurse and physician’s assistant who were both wonderful. It makes a big difference when you’re dealing with kind, sympathetic healthcare professionals.”

“We have been using Radiexcel for 3 years and have had a great experience with the staff as well as the radiologists. They say they will do 1hr turn around on stats and most of the time it is within minutes. The reads are quality the Radiologists are responsive and that is rare. We used many different rad groups before we found Radiexcel and Radiexcel is far superior. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their radiology exams read in a timely and thorough manner. We also use their PACS and RIS which they offer at no charge and it has increased our collections and literally fixed our denial problem. check them out, I am positive your experience will be as good as ours. “I will forever be thankful for Dr. Cerneka! He has to be, by far, the most caring and skilled surgeon you could find out there!! I found out I had to have abdominal surgery and I had an appendectomy several years back with a TON of issues, so I was pretty terrified to find out I had to have another abdominal surgery. Thank God for Dr. Cerneka though ????????!! He was so kind and patient with me and spent lots of time thoroughly answering all my questions and calming all of my fears. “I have been going here for approximately 20 years. Formerly EVDI. I always had excellent service and was a little skeptical going to the new Banner. I was pleasantly surprised at the great service I received. Lacey checked me in and was friendly and helpful. I had forgotten my doctors orders and she went out of her way to get orders faxed and also a verbal order so I would not have to reschedule. Never made me feel foolish for forgetting to bring them. Thank you Lacey!!!????. My mammogram was done by Lisa. I have never had a better experience. She was friendly and gentle. Mammo’s are not something enjoyable and I do not look forward to them. I will be requesting Lisa every time I need one and will not feel as nervous or anxious when having one done. Thank you both for an amazing experience ????”
