“I recently made Dr. Patel my primary care. Upon calling I expect to wait weeks to be seen as with most practices it is impossible to get issues addressed immediately. As I was having trouble breathing and had a horrendous cough as well as cold and flu like symptoms. Upon getting on the phone they confirmed my insurance and told me the days they usually intake new clients. I couldn't come in those days as I had work. They worked around my schedule to see me and all of the staff treated me with care and respect. Gathering information and coming up with a hypothesis quickly. I have no doubt that due to Dr. Patel that I avoided a prolonged stay at a hospital and excessive medical bills. I only missed roughly a week and a half of work and the majority of my symptoms as well as the root causes were resolved. During our visit he also found out that I had a similar thyroid problem as another member of my family based on blood work and test he ran because of family history. He is direct and will ask you what sort of medication you believe is best for you. This is for people who know they react badly to particular medication (not just allergies but mood and quality of life). If you are looking for a doctor who is more about bedside manner than actually curing/healing you then you may like another doctor. If you are looking for someone who cares about your health and is willing to work with you to get you seen as soon as possible see Dr Patel. ”

“Doctor Patel is friendly, caring and amazingly knowledgeable. He listens carefully and spends time with each patient. He makes a personal connection to each patient and remembers patients ongoing problems. He is one of those doctors that is not dependent on the lab tests and scans for every single problem. Most often, he makes diagnoses right there in the office and starts treatment. However, if he is in any doubt, he informs you and orders labs/scans. In our cases, the lab results have always confirmed his initial diagnosis. The staff is very friendly as well and respect patients time and they never overbook! So we always know that there is no or minimal wait time. Anytime I have needed Dr Patel, he has been accommodating, even when I had an emergency and showed up at the office closing time. That helps a lot with my constantly changing schedule. He takes blood tests in his office and sends the results by Email which saves tons of time in our busy life. If the lab results are not too bad, he calls you to tell you (on the phone) to increase/decrease the dose of the medication or … He knows the list of medication that we use and write refills whenever our pharmacy contacts him. Dr Patel has been a great help to my family and we highly appreciate him. I recommend him to all my friends and I hope you will be lucky enough to call him when he accepts new patients.”

“360 Physical Therapy Chandler Blvd Location is Tops in their field. They have all the equipment that will allow you to do "Low Stress" therapy. Including ~ "Water Therapy" ~ "Heat Packs" ~ "Tens Type Electrode Therapy" ~ "Minor Movement Adjustments" for low spine alignment. They do challenge you to a degree, but never push you to quickly into your next level of therapy. Fabian Chavez was my personal therapist and he is Tops in his Field at the Chandler Blvd Location. They do have other Therapy Locations, but in my case, I needed Fabian for my Treatments.”

“The front office staff, medical assistant and the other staff were polite and helpful on my first visit. The new patient forms are very detailed and ask for a thorough history. First I saw Lara the Nurse Practitioner who had read my history and listened carefully to my concerns. Then I saw Dr. Reddy who also listened carefully, and took time to answer all of my questions. She did a thorough exam and ordered a large panel of lab tests (they have a lab there) to check for other potentially related medical conditions. I also had an ultrasound right there in the office. The first appointment was easy to get but unfortunately the follow up appointment was very limited availability.”
