Debbie, the technician called me at 7:30 in the evening to acknowledge the repair request and schedule a time for the following day. She followed up the next morning to confirm the time and called 30 minutes before arriving. She quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated with 2-10 Home Warranty for resolution. Exceptionally pleased with 2-10 and Debbie from Protech. Communication, professionalism and promptness were outstanding!”

“I had two packages get delivered to the wrong mailbox last week. I reported it to the USPS website thinking nothing would really come of it, but they were important packages so I had to try something. Well, today the very next morning, I get a knock on my door, and it is the actual manager of the post office Rachel, with my packages in hand! She took the time to come out and investigate, found my packages (luckily the other person had left my packages in their mailbox) and hand delivered them to me at my house!!! She also took the time to explain they had a change in the mailbox markings and the day these were delivered it was another driver who normally doesn't deliver my route. So I can totally see how the incorrect delivery could happen, and it helped ease my mind to what was going on. She even took the time to let me know she relabeled our mailboxes so they are more clearly marked. Rachel is AMAZING!!!!! She really went so above and beyond to get me my packages, and I am so thankful for her stellar customer service!!”

“I received Steven as a recommendation through my realtor following the purchase of my first home. At first the job was a simple laminate laying but turned in to much more. A job that was supposed to take three days took two weeks. Some of that was due to Steven lacking punctuality but a majority was because one thing kept coming up after another. Steven’s guidance in relation to choices within the home for style and cost were much appreciated. I did find a few baseboards that were missed with paint and some questionable corners but overall Steven was well worth the money paid.”

“So for many years Pratts Pets has been a local favorite of mine, from way back when till now even. Over the years they have changed multiple time, and grown tremendously, all to keep up the competition with a ever growing city all around them. I believe their diversity of products from your typical house pets, to the exotics and the farming variety, to the pet boarding of all kinds has been a huge plus. They even supply a wide variety of of products for all at such a reasonable price. The selection of feeder insects has grown and become fairly demanding as well, and they do a great job on meeting the supply and demand. They have done a great job at giving their location a family friendly and cozy environment. The staff is all amazing, with Cesar and Cody, and many other employees being so helpful and upbeat in their customer services. Pratt's Pets even supplies the Do It Yourself pet shots at affordable prices. They even support the local breeders of pets and insects by buying at great rates when needed. They have a grooming service and more. I highly recommend you to check them out if your nearby. I have given Pratt's Pets the 4 star rating as the above is amazing, but there is very limited space throughout the store, always a high smell of alfalfa/hay for anyone whom has allergies of this may want to avoid or take something before arriving, along with the cleanliness being just a little lacking at time, not always tho. As for this being said, I'm still highly recommending everyone to visit them. Thank you for taking the time to read over my review, much appreciated.”

“Very nice, clean and up kept storage facility. This facility is paved, so no dirt to cover the vehicles. Has both covered and uncovered parking, and storage units as well. Management is awesome, and really cares about both the tenants and the property. The only issue I have is with other tenants who don't follow the no piggy back policy.”
