Caz is great. One size does not fit all and he is clearly passionate about customizing a plan to meet your goals and building a relationship / accountability measures to truly help you get there. Caz set me up to improve flexibility, core strength and overall fitness as I prepared for a big cycling competition. Caz would teach me moves to do at home while always building on prior sessions when we worked together. It was hard work but he made it fun as I got stronger, leaner and more flexible than I had been in years. Would highly recommend.

Caz does a great job training our son! He is not only extremely positive but has a plan for improving our sons mental and physical abilities.

Caz has been training Daniel for a couple of years now. He did speed camp which really helped in track, cross country and basketball. He is now training to gain muscle and more strength. It has been extremely beneficial since Dan is playing varsity basketball. He now has the ability to challenge all players. I appreciate Caz and his communication with the high school young men. It's the best!!!
