Visiting friends and love finding a local Pure Barre. Christine the owner reached out personally and Alex and D’Nae were also so welcoming! Kimi was awesome; I’ve had many instructors and she’s great. Love this studio and will definitely be back!

Pure Barre classes are challenging, but fun! If you have any interest, or enjoyed dance, gymnastics, skating - any kind of routine based workout - in a previous life, Pure Barre is worth a try.
The studio is a very welcoming environment. For beginners the whole experience can be overwhelming, but the instructors do a great job - answering questions and providing extra support but not over correcting.
Classes are offered at 530 AM Monday - Friday which is great for getting a workout in before the day really starts.
I have loved going to Pure Barre. It's not like any workout I have done before. It works the most detailed muscles to sculpt your body. I'm seeing more defined results using 2lb weights than I was with 15lb weights. If you are happy with your heavy weight lifting regime but are looking for a little change I suggest trying Pure Barre to carve out those fine muscle fibers and contour your body to perfection. I guarantee you didn't know your muscles could shake and fatigue like they do from little tiny isometric and 1inch movements. Take the challenge and feel the burn.
