Yoga Deva

I have been a member at Yoga Deva for several years and enjoy practicing here every time. Instructors are very knowledgeable and provide individualized attention to all. Their main focus is safe practice and injury prevention, which is a huge pro for me. I also like having morning and afternoon options 7 days a week.

I've been attending Davis's and Billy's classes for 8 years. Not only is the studio gorgeous, and clean, it has the vibe you imagine and expect with a yoga studio. The blue floors and walls trick your mind to believe that you will feel inner peace and tranquility. Davis will hurt you with her class but you will leave class feeling like you can be a member of the Cirque de Soleil Team. Billy will twist and turn your body, while making you giggle or want to dance to his chosen music.
Attending class at this studio is almost as gratifying as hiking in magical Sedona.
I usually drag myself to class because I know it's going to be a workout, but I leave feeling relaxed and happy.

Yoga Deva brings very friendly owner's, Davis "Shosh" and Billy, as well as staff! The atmosphere is ambient and tranquil. Coming to the studio you meet new people that quickly become friends that help and support each other in their practice. The owner's and staff are very knowledgeable and competent in leading the classes into a very personal internal Yogic practice that brings us in touch with the simplicity of Yoga. I was looking for a deeper practice than what my gym was able to offer, and saw the two week deal they were offering for $29. The studio is exquisite, the humidification of the room allows my body and mind to open and release at deeper and deeper levels. Yoga Deva instructors truly come from a place of healing and integrity. Jordan gave us all guidance and challenges, keenly aware of everyone's own levels. Shosh was extremely knowledgable, and equally welcoming. I only wish I would have joined them sooner. I live at Gilbert Road and University, and they are TOTALLY worth the drive. Come join us!
