  I worked with both Joe and Robert at the Gilbert location on Power Rd. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful in determining which mattress might be best for me based on my sleep habits, informative, patient, friendly and never “pushy” while I took a great deal of time trying to decide on my next mattress purchase.
  
  However, even after all of that, I was not 100% satisfied with the mattress I ended up purchasing. When I contacted them a couple of months later to ask about their satisfaction guarantee, they went above and beyond to work with me on exchanging it for one I would be happy with. They even went out of their way to locate a far more expensive mattress that I liked better that I ended up being able to get for just about the same price as the one I was returning.Their customer service was outstanding and I will definitely go see them the next time I need to purchase a mattress!

  Great customer service as soon as I arrived!!! They narrowed the search for what I was looking for and price range!!! Love new mattress, Sleepy Mattress Firm Brand. I had to pick up my mattress at a different store and customer was fantastic as well!!!! Will definitely will return when I buy a KING size bed!!!!

  We came into this location with a tight budget and Robert was more than willing to assist. He let me explain what we needed and said we can work with you on that. He has us test out 2 mattress to get some understanding of what we wanted and then was able to narrow down to 2 options. Both were great and we ended up purchasing one of them! He kept in mind out budget and time frame for delivery. When we need a new mattress we will come back and see Robert!

  Brandon is so helpful! This is now the third adjustable bed that I have bought from this location. Brandon helped us pick out two new beds last year and we love them!!
  
  I needed to buy an adjustable bed for my elderly father where it could raise his head and feet. Brandon took the time to help me pick everything out for my dad. I am beyond pleased with this store!

  First let me say, I have been a Mattress Firm customer for the past four years and have received quality care and attention. The professionalism has always been top notch. However, my last experience was by far my greatest. Brandon was amazing he took the sting out of having to replace my mattress. Stayed late to accommodate my uncertainty in purchasing a new bed. I knew I needed to purchase due to my back issues. Brandon helped me choose the right mattress for my needs and most importantly he didn't act like a salesman trying to make a commission. He made sure the mattress was perfect and it fell within my budget.
  
  Highly recommend Mattress Firm to a my friends and family in and out of the state of Arizona.
