We purchased a few items at Spencers and it was the best experience we've had in a long time.
Jenny (at the store) was incredibly helpful and she made our visit so pleasant. She followed up, changed delivery dates and more for us.. all with an amazing attitude. She is the BEST!
Juan (delivered) was literally the best delivery driver we have ever had. He truly cares about his customers and it shows.
We highly recommend not only Spencers, but these 2 wonderful people.

Tyler was extremely helpful, very nice, but professional as well. He listened to what I was looking for and kept me within my budget. I will definitely be going back to Spencer’s for my next new appliances. I also wanted to give a shout out to the two young men that delivered & installed my new dishwasher, Jesus and Rodrigo. They were super nice and very personable and also professional. They had the old dishwasher out and the new dishwasher installed in a timely & efficient manner. The whole process was smooth & effortless!

Stefan and his teammate were awesome! They took good care of the washer & dryer up the stairs and in a tight space situation. He offered helpful explanations, as well. Truly appreciate their professionalism and work ethic. We were the last stop of the day, and they gave 100%!

New location (for me) was told its just about 2 years old. Nice bright showroom. Friendly sales people and great prices. I usually upgrade to the 4 year warranty to make sure my units are covered, it’s generally pretty reasonable to add that on.

We went to 2 other large hardware/appliance stores to find they we out of every dishwasher and 3 weeks out when ordered. We went to Spencer's (our first time) dishwashers were all on sale AND they had plenty of stock in the warehouse. We went and picked it up and installed it the next day. This will be out first stop from now on. They had us out the door in 15 minutes. Best prices around the service was fast and helpful.
