“My experience at the AFC Gilbert (and Phoenix) office has been excellent. The staff at Gilbert are very friendly, courteous and go out there way to make sure my experience and care is the best possible. I came into the facility in early August complaining of neck stiffness, pain and lower back pain radiating down my inner thighs. After an initial evaluation, they informed me my scoliosis was moderate to sever and they set out to develop a program to address this as well as the other issues I was having. She is so upbeat and personable. She knows how to make sure the kids are as comfortable as possible she goes above and beyond for the kids and parents to give the best experience ever. Dr.welch and his staff make the kids feel special everytime they come in. Dr. Welch is educated in other areas besides pediatric dentistry. He is one of the best dentist for children with sensory issues or special needs. This office is always so clean even dusted from top to bottom. It's very bright and welcoming. The system they use to stay on a good schedule is awesome we have never waited more then 10 minutes before beging taken back. It's only happened once in 5 years we have been coming here. The front office ladies are so kind and very welcoming. I love how they can get you in usually within that same day if not within a day or two. I absolutely recommend this office.
