“This location is my neighborhood Walgreen’s and we have shopped here for many years. Many employees have been at this store for years or have worked for another Walgreen’s store. Therefore, the employees are knowledgeable about their products. We have always had great customer service even on the rare occasion that we’ve had a refund or exchange. With three daughters we buy a lot of products in health and beauty and the ladies at the cosmetics counter greet them personally and help them find precisely what they are looking for. This store is clean, well stocked, and well managed. The pharmacy is run very efficiently and even new pharmacy technicians are well supported by veteran staff while they learn the ropes. We have also used the photo department for gifts and have never had a single issue in terms of quality and cost effective choices. Last, we have used the health clinic from time to time and are very pleased with the staff and ease of service. For all of these reasons, we’ve rated this store, it’s management and staff a five out of five stars.”
