Papa's Gyros

I will come back soon and try other items. My gyro was delicious though. Just had a few miscommunications regarding jalapenos being an extra cost. Asked to remove it from my order which became complicated with the training of a new cashier. But a good learning experience for all.

Excellent food, great quality and tasty food !! You have to come early on Saturday for cheesecake or lamb kabobs because they run out quickly and don't make any late in the afternoon because they are closed on Sundays!! I love everything about them. Good family owned restaurant.

Oh my! Delicious! Crazy large portions, and the owner was so helpful explaining what he had - differences in portions, and when he made his hummus & baklava. My gyro sandwich alone had to be over a half pound of meat! I'll be back to try the falafel.

Gyro combo was awesome and only $8. If you work in downtown Glendale this should definitely be in your weekly rotation. Food was hot and fast, i went Monday around noon. It was a good choice.
