“I’ve been living on the Glencroft campus since August of 2019 and needed to move into a higher level of care at Providence Place for Physical and Occupational Therapy. I did so, in January of 2020. I then transferred into Long Term Care here at Providence Place and I’m very happy. The care I receive from the CNAs and nurses has been outstanding. Also, housekeeping, laundry, dining, maintenance, and activities all go the extra mile to put smiles on our faces and to make us a warm and happy home to live in. I really enjoy living here and am very grateful for the care I receive.”

“This barbershop is on a different level. I’ve tried so many places until here. I refuse to go anywhere else. They let you control your own personal TV while they take care of you. They offer beverages to enjoy at the same time. More importantly, you can tell every single person that works there is well trained and genuinely passionate about paying attention to every single detail and providing the perfect barber experience. Dasha takes care of me and I have never had a better experience in my life, and she’s repeatedly offered that same experience time after time again. There is a reason this place only has certain days and times they allow walk ins and it’s because they operate by appointments. This is what makes sense when they put as much time and effort into the service as they do. The walk in days are awesome as well, but do not complain if there’s a timely wait because these folks are more concerned about giving you the hair cut of a lifetime rather than moving people in and out the door as fast as possible. Kudos to what Russell has built here. It’s truly incredible.”

Well I was a housekeeper and laundry aide for the first seven and half. I learned how to respect this residents individually with humanlity and respect and dignity. They ALL deserve. I put my emotions on at work and my brace smile and keep with grace (most days). I am now a CNA and will continue on in this medical field one way or another. Everyone deserves respect because one day and we have or will need some kind of assistance. Bella Vita has been through a lot of critical criticism but I will be honest. I know we can do better and are doing helluva lot better. They gave me me branches to my tree and nutrition when I was hungry for growth. And the sun still shines here. Yes we need improvement but your concerns are being heard and are working for a better future of better care. We will move forward and stay open to encouragement and discouragement .
