“I cannot express how much I appreciate and thank God for Dr Agins. I have just endured another horrible experience with kidney stones for the second time in 15 years. I went to the emergency room and endured the pain and nausea for hours before Dr Agins saw my lab work and insisted on having me moved to his hospital, Arrowhead Abrazo for emergency surgery. My stone was too big to pass and he put in a stent. Due to the infection I had to stay in the hospital 4 days. I will be going back to see him to finish my treatment. He went above and beyond to help me according to my daughter. By the way, I am a 71 year old woman and I didn’t know how to get the help on my own as I was alone in the emergency room. My wonderful support team had left me because I was supposed to be admitted to the hospital I had first arrived at. If Dr Agins had not intervened I believe I might not have come home to my family.”

“Update: 10/1/20 Today I had another fantastic visit. Jacob performed vein mapping on my legs. I'm the type of patient that really likes to be educated. Jacob, did a fantastic job, answering my questions. He clarified things for me, that I was having a hard time understanding, for a long time. He clearly knows what he's talking about. He clearly has experience. Partway through the vein mapping, Lenny came in. Lenny performed another vein mapping session that I had several months back. She too is clearly very experienced and very knowledgeable. She also provided me with a wealth of information, that will prove to come in handy, when I need to make decisions about my care. Jacob and Lenny, with the greatest sincerity, thank you for the education that you provided me with today. If anybody needs this type of service, Dr Pozun, Jacob, and Lenny, are the professionals you should see. Dr. Pozun, is a first-choice doctor, for several reasons. First, and most important, he has conversations with me about my care. In other words, he doesn't just tell me things, he includes my input. Second, he is versed in so much more than cardiology, that it lends tremendously to diagnostics. Third, he doesn't just say what he's going to do, he explains why he's choosing to do what he's going to do. In other words, he's not just a doctor, he's an educator. It doesn't matter where you live, make the drive, to see Dr. Pozun. He demonstrates empathy, genuineness, and dedication to his patients. He is also very real. He's not afraid to say how it is. I have complete respect, and faith, in Dr. Pozun. In addition, his staff creates a warm and welcoming environment. I respect this doctor so much that I followed him from last office to his newly established business. Today, on my first visit to this office, Robin and Katrina made me feel comfortable, welcome, and like I was important.”

She was working the pharmacy with only a front store cashier to help her. They both were very helpful and doing as much as they could, as quickly they could.
