“Love Thunderbird Mt and the beautiful hiking trails there. Whether I'm by myself and I am going for a morning Meditation (sunrise is my favorite) or I'm hiking with my son and we are using the mountain top as a workout. Sometimes it's just to see the Beautiful Sunsets and how it looks on those different Mountains. Plus , I have a Fitbit, and my steps, miles, and floors are way up when I'm hiking there.”

“Great visit with my youngest daughter and her family. We learned that the Phoenix and Gilbert Temples share design ideas based on desert Agave plants. The Phoenix Temple has designs inspired by the flower stalk the plant sends skyward, reminding us to look up as well. The Gilbert Temple has designs inspired by the succulent leaves and the impressions they leave on one another. It reminds me of the impression one generation has on both the one succeeding it and that preceding it.”

“Well maintained area for hiking and biking. Went and it was very busy which wasn’t too big of a problem. Pretty view from the top. Pretty easy trail. It’s not paved but nothing to aggressive. There was plenty of parking for the area. There could be some better signage for different trails. I saw some people biking but it wasn’t clear where those trails were.”
