My daughter was in many minor accidents over the years and we had a couple different vehicles at various body shops over the years. James was by far the most credible, honest, and communicative contact I have experienced. He was patient when we first met even when I was irate about my interactions with my own insurance company AAA. He walked me through the process, provided an estimate for repair within a couple hours, and contacted me every other day with an update on progress. They totally accommodated the price I could work within.
