The medical Assistant said she was going to get a supervisor for us to speak to. Well long story short, the supervisor came in and closed the door to speak with us in private. Right away she was so compassionate and kind and made us feel like she understood us. Her name is Lorrtta and she is absolutely wonderful!!!! She even took the extra step to ensure us that she would be handling his care personally. She has called to check up on us on a regular basis several times, this level of care is rare..
