Spencers TV & Appliance

This was our second purchase from Spencer’s. Both times our salesperson, David, answered all of our questions and helped us find what we needed with no pressure. Secondly, the delivery staff were fast, professional and courteous. This is a great place to shop. I highly recommend them!!

I knew if I needed a new appliance Spencers was the place. Our refrigerator died, a quick drive to Goodyear and in less than 15 minutes we selected, purchased and scheduled the delivery of our new unit. Chuck was fabulous on the sales floor. Follow up was accurate and speedy. Today the crew arrived and their care, attitude and professionalism was outstanding. So nice to shop local and support a great company like Spencers.

Spencers has not let me down yet. This is the second order of major appliances from them and from the second I walked through the door to the end of installation they have been courteous and professional. I highly recommend giving them a chance if you are looking to update your appliances!

We handled everything with David and he was such a pleasure to work with. We had a few issues with items not coming in, but David called us promptly to sort out details. We were able to switch to a different fridge to meet our move in date. We were also very VERY pleasantly surprised when our dryer was delivered 7-10 days earlier than expected. Thank you Spencer’s appliances for making our first appliance purchase a truly great experience. We will be back when we are ready to buy a new range!

Seamless from purchase to delivery and set up! Chuck is great and got the correct appliances for our needs. Chris and his crew got the delivery handled quickly and got everything set up and in use within minutes. They were very respectful and helpful.
