(September 3, 2019, 4:51 pm)The Wellness Center is such a gem. They offer all kinds of yoga: aerial, wall, flow, Restorative and more. There are also therapies and holistic offerings such as massage, acupuncture, and Reiki. I do a lot of yoga, and this is by far the most inexpensive place to practice but still has quality classes and instructors.

There's something here for everyone, no matter your physical level; restorative stretching on the matt to aerial yoga...it's all under one roof! The small cost for a class is worth the money, and there's even misc classes like Reiki, nutrition and aromatherapy to name a few. Best find in the west valley :) -

(August 11, 2018, 7:25 pm)I love attending the #babytribe group from week to week. I’ve found new friends in the same stage of life as me and miss group when I cannot attend. Summer and Amy are super supportive and have great insight to share when it comes to breast feeding. I’ve attended one #mombod class and really enjoyed it. I look forward to attending more classes when weekend times become available.

(August 11, 2018, 1:44 am)First time mama here ??♀️ also a now retired military family transplant with very few friends and no family near. I heard about the free baby tribe group on Tuesdays at 1:30pm and decided to check it out and ended up absolutely loving it! It's a wonderful post partum support group that keeps things casual, fun, and relaxed - all while being incredibly informative and helpful due to mama's just sharing their experiences.
I'm so glad I found this group of amazing women (and their babies ?) -

(October 3, 2017, 2:59 pm)This place is amazing. Great instructors & a nice variety of classes. Everyone is so friendly and the price for classes doesn't break the bank. I feel like a new woman after a month of classes 2-3 nights a week. I can't recommend this place enough!
