I knew from my first few visits that my health and the health of my baby were going to be in excellent hands. I was provided all options for all of my care every step of the way and always knew what to expect or what the possibilities were. They build such a great rapport with all of their patients and feel like family but still very professional. Karline was compassionate and obviously very passionate about her work and empowering women to have the best birthing experience possible. That care extended even after delivery with discussing current status physically, mentally, and emotionally. I wish I could stay with this practice beyond pregnancy because they are everything healthcare should be.”

“I love coming to F45! I did a week trial in December and I signed up and started in January! They provide different sessions hours in the morning and in the evening. They have an app that you can sign up for future classes, which also tells you the workout schedule and what coach will be there that day. They demonstrate the work out before the session starts. They also have TVs on the walls demonstrating the workout at the particular station that you are at. All the coaches are super nice and they motivate you and make sure you are doing the work out properly, if not they do it with you so you can see the proper form. They have checked on me when they haven't seen me for a while and I've already notice some definition on my muscles. Overall it is a fun atmosphere to work out in. I wouldn't be consistent and burning a lot of calories at the gym by myself. Definitely recommend it!”
