The manager Christie was very helpful answering questions about our upcoming use of the storage facility. We are moving from California and are using a 40 ft trailer to move our belongings. Christie was able to confirm the facility would be able to accommodate the trailer. Not all storage facilities have isles wide enough to allow this. She answered the phone promptly, assured us she would be at the facility if we had any problems. Christie even made notes on when to contact us because we would be on the road during the prior days of move in date. The facility is very reasonably priced. We will update our review once we arrive. Online process to rent is easy to do. Units are clean and in pretty good shape. They also place pest control packets in all the units.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. They took great care of my needs more than expected. Clean facility and easy access.
