  I struggled for years feeling like I was stuck drowning with no way out until I got my hormones tested and realized everything I thought was wrong in fact wasnt it at all. I felt like someone else was in control of my body pressing all the wrong buttons. I didnt feel like me. I wasnt ever taught or educated on the impact hormones can have. It wasnt until I was scrolling tiktok seeing women talking about getting their hormones tested that I started to think I should try that too. Thankfully my best friend told me of Cara and to reach out to her. I got my blood tests done and to my surprise there was so much going on I didnt realize. Cara let me chose my approach and I went the more natural path taking supplements she told me to and following what she outlined. After about 2 weeks I wanted to cry because I felt in control of myself again. I felt like I had motivation again and was able to lose 20 pounds in two months which no matter what I did before my weight didnt budge. So many things were helped and I cant ever thank Cara enough for her help. It was comical to me how the doctors office I got my blood work done through indicated my results were fine but talking with Cara she broke it all down helping me understand where I truly was and it all made sense. Ill never second guess the impact hormones can have over someone again! I never want to go back to the other version of me again and while Cara is still around thankfully ill never have to.

  Days after receiving my massage at this office, I could still feel the positive affects. Leanna was very intuitive and did a great job with pressure regulation. I will definitely be back in the future!

  My massage with Meesha was absolutely fantastic! Cara and the entire staff was very accommodating, attentive and you could tell they really cared about getting me to my best self. The last couple weeks have been really rough. Being able to come in and have my entire body worked on was so very needed and appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great woman's care center. Looking forward to being able to future uses of the sauna and red light therapy!

  Cara does a great job of working with her clients to help them meet their individual goals whether the goals are to reduce/eliminate pain, recover from an injury, add strength, or simply improve overall fitness/health. She has a deep understanding of the human body and designs exercise programs to safely achieve these goals. On a personal level, working with Cara over the last several years helped me overcome drop foot, has led to a significant improvement in my posture, and helped me add muscle mass. Cara provides great encouragement and always seems to know just what I need to get the most from our session.

  Since childhood I’ve struggled with scoliosis I’m now 69 years old. In 2013 I had an accident on palates machine in which the pain kept returning. No stretching or exercising really helped until I met Cara. She’s been able to help me tone muscles by identifying which are weak and ones that are too tight causing imbalance. Creating a specific program for me to follow at home plus meeting her twice a week I’m now pain free. To my surprise after 4 weeks my assessment shows I’ve improved 24%. Now being able to do squats further down without holding on or knee pain. I’ve even heard compliments in how well I do squats from other clients of Cara’s. I’ve been searching for a long time to get help and this is the first time I have! Thank you Cara for making it fun and showing me I can be fit. I highly recommend Cara if you’re having any recurring pain or fitness issues.
