Carquest Auto Parts - Rieth Auto Stores

Didn't know about these guys until recently. And I'd rather go here than autozone or orielys

I wanted to thank Hector for recognizing a long work day and delivering great customer support on a tough job.

Called napa and O'Reilly's got quoted $228 bucks for pads and rotors . Both places that I called the guys who answered the phone were very rude and not very helpful. I tried carquest for the first time got their premium ceramic pad and rotors kit for $ 111.00.
I told him I'll be on my way got there an hour later and my parts are waiting at the door. Was greeted at the door very professionally answered my question on other parts .
As a Master mechanic I give these guys a five-star .
Just got finished installing the brakes on my wife's car they feel great.

Awesome Old-School Auto Parts Store...

They have the part or they can get the part you need in a few hours...

All I could request is that they pay a little more attention to how the greet their customers - some don't even say Hello, Hi... Just Next Customer in line, which takes away from that Awesome OLD-School Auto Parts Store feeling.

Quality Parts, Prices are a little high, but that's to be expected at Carquest, Napa, etc.

They said they would call me back in the morning about a part I needed, never heard back from them - ended up ordering it online.

Thanks for being Open during Pandemic. :)

Went here to get a battery after reading the reviews. They are so nice and don't try to oversell like other places. I was in and out in no time. Thanks guys!
