Robert Crist and Company RV

My husband and I came here to look at travel trailers. We first ran into Rob and he is definitely the guy to work with when looking for a new rig. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable about all the New and used inventory. Not pushy to purchase, Rob genuinely wants to find the right camper for his customers. We have dealt with several RV dealerships over the past 2 years and this was by far the best we have been to. Will be back soon to hopefully purchase our new home on wheels!

We recently traded our fifth wheel for a much smaller travel trailer (far from home). We worked with Mike Nicholson through the process. Mike was great in every way - even helped us “move” - very big job when “downsizing. We were then introduced to Tony who scheduled the delivery and all the associated tasks. Again - a big job due to different hitches etc. - went off without a “hitch”! Then came Tim, who literally worked with us personally most of the day. Tim went through all of the details and handled all the technical “stuff”, i.e. transferring our back up camera from our old unit to the new unit, installing and explaining the new hitch configuration, on and on. Great job, Tim. Late in the day when ewe were pretty worn out from the move, a couple of Tim’s helpers (sorry we missed their names - brothers I think) stepped in to lend a hand moving some of the remaining items. All in all a top notch experience. Thanks to one and all - we highly recommend and will definitely pass the word to our senior traveling friends in Arizona. Sally & Gary

Austin was my salesman, he was easy going, knowledgeable and gave me a really good price on my trade in.

After I picked up my trailer, I had an issue with the 12v system. Tim in service diagnosed my issue as a bad crimp on a wire connection from the factory within minutes. I didn’t even have to leave the trailer with them, it was fixed in a half hour.

I would recommend Robert Crist to anyone looking to buy an RV.

Brittany was amazingly thorough and helpful in every way. When a teardrop came in,, she took pictures of it for me, as it wasn't on the website yet. She made sure the weight on the hitch was compatible with our vehicle,, checked wiring for our Jeep to get what we need.

Tim did a thorough and patient explanation of everything we needed to know. He walked through the store and made sure we had the right things for our make and model.

Not only are we delighted with our purchase but appreciate all the attention to detail and making sure everything was taken care of properly.

My only regret is I can't just hang our with such fun, friendly people!

I purchased my very first travel trailer this past weekend. Tom in sales was super great to work with, Steve did my walk-through and educated me on everything. He was super accommodating with some really minor things I nitpicked. Ericka in the finance area was friendly and very quick with my paperwork. What can I say about Jackie, her knowledge in the parts department was impressive. Every level of service was awesome, this was a first for me no hassles and everybody is super friendly. Everybody’s knowledge in their own department was great. What a great team! Thank you so much!
