  I bought an RV from luxury RV a few months ago. Had an unusual issue with the generator. Greg the service manager and Bob the general manager, went above and beyond to fix the issue for me. They did an excellent job and I know it was not an easy fix at.
  
  I would not hesitate to buy another RV from them and I will refer anybody who’s looking for an RV to them!

  My husband and I have been searching online, going to dealerships & RV shows for 2years. We were finally ready to look seriously so we went to Mesa AZ . Luxury RV had the used diesel pusher we were looking for. Greg was our salesman, Amini was our finance guy & Bob, the owner, took our truck and motorcycle in trade. We spent two nights overnight & everything was great. We haven't had a chance to take it out for a few days, but everything seems to be working fine. We go for our first trip next week. We are very happy with all the staff that we dealt with, including Greg the tech who gave us lots of info & Greg, Shop Manager. Would definitely recommend to friends & family!

  Alina helped us find the perfect RV. We had lots of questions and all were answered giving us confidence to make a purchase. 2009 Forest River Lexington. Took Bob's advice and got the warranty. Smart, peace of mind. Would definitely buy another from them!!!

  Great buying experience! I found the exact model of toyhauler I wanted and contacted Luxury RV and requested their best OTD price. Greg texted me back within a few minutes and his price was the best in that I could find in Phx and Tucson. I had Luxury add an anti-sway/equalizer hitch and also an electric hitch jack. I put a deposit down and set an appointment for that next Saturday.
  
  I spent some time with their technician (Wally, I think his name was) going over the trailer. He had a lot of experience and knowledge and answered all of my questions. He also gave me longer term maintenance tips that I wouldn't have thought of. The running lights weren't illuminating on the trailer at first. Wally traced it down to a bad fuse in my truck. The problem came from a flatbed trailer I had borrowed from a friend in the spring. Running lights didn't work then. Wally had test equipment that showed the trailer lights worked. He could have left it at that, but he troubleshot my tow vehicle. He was just an all around good guy and was enjoyable to talk with while going over things.
  
  Amin wrote up the deal on the inside. I showed him my proof of insurance, signed some docs and that was it. While I was finalizing the deal, Greg showed my friend around the lot. No pressure sales, but my friend was interested in buying something later in the future.
  
  All in all, one of the best buying experiences I've had for major purchases. Highly recommend this dealer.
