  Just moved in but first impression is great. The place is simple and small but very well maintained. Owner went above and beyond helping us get moved in. Other guests we met were good people. Location is convenient for us also. Will update with final impressions at move out. Glad to be here.

  My wife and I were there for just under two months. Nice, clean, quiet place to stay that has you centrally located to downtown Mesa. The owner is great to work with and I highly recommend this place!

  Steve accommodated us on short notice when he could’ve turned us away.
  
  Very nice facilities with clean bathrooms! Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

  I RV’ed at Twin Palms RV park for about 1 year, I have stayed at other parks in the area and I find Twin Palms the nicest of the parks I have stayed at. Twin Palms is a small quiet park, although it is on Main Street it feels like a residential neighborhood, no outside traffic noise. The restrooms, laundry facilities are always kept clean by the staff. The park has nice well-maintained landscaping and even delicious oranges available for picking when they are in season. I would recommend this park to stay at.

We ask that RV's be newer than 10 years old.
