Archer's Bikes

I came in to look at bikes a couple weeks ago, I had great customer service and the sales staff were very knowledgeable of their products,
a few days after my purchase I realized the bike was not a fit for me, I was very upset because it was an awesome bike just to big for me, I called hoping for the possibility I can trade it for something else, lucky for me they were able to help me out and a week later I took the bike in,
Even tho it was an exchange, they treated me like a first time customer and were very happy to help me find something else,
Once I found what worked for me they let me test ride it which was very helpful and were not pushy at all, they gave me the time I needed and never made me feel rushed (especially since it was near closing time).
Even tho I was still a little iffy I decided to make my purchase and said “I’ll make work”. After I mentioned my concerns to one of the gentleman he suggested a few changes which he said he can happily do them for me. I was not expecting him to go above and beyond for us and that right there is why I am taking the time to write this review.
I really wish I asked for the gentleman’s name to give him a shoutout because the changes he did for me were tremendously helpful for my everyday day use bike.

Thank you for responding to my concerns. There were no messages on my phone and the call log showed no incoming calls. But.... I do love my Raleigh Sprite. Zack was very knowledgeable and helpful and spent a lot of time with me in picking the right bike.

Great guys, just got an overall tune up on an out of box bike. I'm new to the Area but not new to bike shops and these guys are awesome. Besides personable and friendly they were incredibly accommodating and helpful and went above and beyond for me, without asking or anything. Will be back.

One of the best customer services I have ever experienced. Very helpful and understanding. Very nice bikes as well. If you gonna hit up a bike shop this is the place.
