“Eisenhour finished approximately 2,500 sq ft of engineered hardwood in our new custom home today. We worked directly with the owner Steve in selecting the product and his son Nate along with Ramon did the install. As everyone knows, building a home can be an incredibly stressful process. I can honestly say having the opportunity to work with Eisenhour on the floors was an absolute pleasure. Their attention to detail, prompt responses and impeccable craftsmanship has been incredibly refreshing. They have exceeded our expectations in every way. I apologize for the poor pictures but I didn't get an opportunity to get them before the builder covered everything up. I will update them as soon as the home is finish and they are exposed again. We received several bids on the job and Eisenhour was right in the middle of the pack. The bid was detailed and their weren't any surprises, up-charges or unexpected fees. Despite our builder having to delay the install at least once they were there as scheduled, showed up every day early and worked full days until the job was done. It might sound a bit odd but we were kind of sad to see they were all done today. It has been extremely enjoyable to see their daily progress and converse with them a bit. A heartfelt thank you Steve, Nate and Ramon! We just can't thank you enough for all your hard work and commitment to our floors.”

“Can't speak for anyone else, but I stopped in today, talked with Terry and told her my situation. She was extremely busy for the holidays and still took the time to listen to me, answer all my questions and show me pictures and the actual flowers she would use to make something special for my special someone. I asked if she could rush this order today to surprise my girlfriend at work, this all happened at 11:30 am. At 1:00 pm my phone blew up, my girlfriend was telling me how happy she was and how beautiful the flowers are and it all happened perfectly, because Terry took the time to listen to me and she really came through. “10/10 would recommend!! I just became an AZ resident and first-time car owner, and I am SO glad this is the office I went to for help!
