But team member Arielle sat with me and walked me through it, because I wanted to understand EVERYTHING. She started with state minimums and explained how different limits and options would affect my coverage. She was clearly very knowledgeable, but she was also fantastic at breaking down these sometimes complex concepts into scenarios I could readily understand.
