The best practice studios a band could ask for complete with a large venue in the main room. I absolutely love this f'n place!!!! My favorite place in the valley, Creepsville! 🤘🤘

What a rad spot for a music rehearsal space. The rooms are super secure with several layers of security on the building, the parking lot, and the individual spaces. Room was clean when I moved in. Good AC and climate control so I felt safe leaving my gear.
The coolest part is the big performance space within the building. A huge stage setup for performing, tour rehearsal, or music videos. Perfect place to get out of the garage and go make some noise.

Love it! Love to come to hear different bands play. Cozy and eccentric atmosphere. Can't wait to go back. They also have a fantastic L. D who does an outstanding job for all the bands that play on the main stage.

I have rehearsed here for many years now and I can't imagine rehearsing anywhere else. The rooms are great and reasonable. However most important for me is the down to earth management, all the great bands that rehearse there and an atmosphere that no matter how viewed sparks creativity. They also added a new studio with some fantastic engineers. If your looking for a place to grow your music this place is your greenhouse!
