“When our dog Tom was exhibiting signs of distress, we called our usual vet but were not able to be seen for a couple of weeks. Given he was 15 yrs old and rapidly showing decline, there was no way I was willing to wait and put him through that. An emergency room was my last choice so I opted to call around and was able to finally land on Best Friends who agreed to see us. Sadly, the news was worse than we would have hoped for (but tried to be prepare for). The entire staff treated us as though we had been long term patients, giving us options and not trying to sell us on expensive, low percentage procedures. When we made the hard choice, they were quickly supportive, and comforting, and offered to help us even though by that time it was getting late and close to closing. They didn't even seem to look at the clock, just got down to the business of making both us and Tom as comfortable as they could. As they took our old man to the back room, they asked if we would like a paw imprint. My first reaction was that I didn't think that necessary, that I wasn't "one of those people," and that I really didn't want to think about that at that moment, but I agreed, both to be polite, and to "hedge my bets" in case I changed my mind. When it was all said and done, they handed me that casting and I could see my friends "finger print swirls" in the thing, and I have to tell you it instantly became very important to me, and I had to really fight to keep it together. As far as the procedure, the doctor was gentle and caring, both with Tom and my wife and I, and I cant express how much that helped in saying goodbye to the friend we made with that once tiny puppy so many years earlier. The technician came back and helped us prepare our not-so-little anymore guy for transport, equally as gentle and caring. I felt at that point I should write a review, tho its not something I normally do. As it is in life, I let other things push that back until a few days later I got a card wishing us condolences, signed by the entire staff, and many describing Tom and the experience they had with him the short time we had left him there for evaluation. I would feel utterly negligent in not sharing my experience with Best Friends Animal Hospital, and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Great cabinets and great customer service! I purchased a lot of cabinets from Madera and they turned out great. I got a sweet deal on some amazing soft close shaker cabinets and they look sharp! Their team is really good at what they do. Josh in the showroom helped me select the perfect cabinet style and color and the other Josh came out to the house and measured the space and drew it out. He did a great job working with me and hashing out my plan, and they turned out GREAT!! And I got a great deal. I put these cabinets in an investment property, and I've purchased probably 5 sets in the last 2 or 3 years and this was by far the best experience. I was surprised at how good of a deal I got. Give them a call or stop by the showroom.”

“Decent hotel. This is an indoor access facility, where as the ones I have stayed at before are all outside access. I personally prefer the outside access, feels more like an apartment then. In this case it is a hotel that has a kitchenette in the room. Rooms are the same size as a regular hotel room. No stove but a couple of burners, microwave and full size refrigerator. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Wasn't too noisy either.”
