Chances are that you're reading this due to an extensive claim, insurance incompetency or in a predicament because a fire happened at your house and don't know where to start. Gather around people and hear my short story of a long claim: I had a house fire and it was my first claim ever with an insurance company and I thought I knew it all. Spoiler alert: I didn't. Tried to argue my way through the claim until I realized that I needed help; the insurance company was not budging and they saw past my pretend-lawyer talk.
