Fiesta Village Furnished Apartments

Sun Devil always treats you fairly and has amazing customer service! I have always been loyal to them and it has been worth it. During my last experience I went in for an oil change and asked them to check a couple things out. They said they can definitely check into everything, no problem. They later called me and told me what they found wrong and how much it would be to fix but I decided not to move forward with it and fix it on my own. When I went to go pick up my vehicle I noticed the balance was a lot higher than a simple oil change. I asked about the charges and he told me they had to do with a few diagnostic Tests. For me, if I'm going to be charged for something then I want to know beforehand so I can make my decision if I want to move forward. No charges of tests were ever mentioned. As I discussed this with Chris at the Valvista and Warner location, he fixed the price to just include the oil change and apologized. Chris was eager to help me out and said that should’ve been communicated to me.

The guys at Sun Devil were great. Very accommodating. My truck has a special device in it that requires strict attention to detail, they allowed me to be involved and everything went to plan. Great service.

This place is great! It’s the only place I’ve taken my car for years. The techs are all very kind and explain everything. If you’re looking for the cheapest place around, this likely isn’t it, but they more than make up for it by never upselling you on anything. They’ve never tried to convince me I need anything, and when they do tell me about something, they always let it be my decision whether I want to have it fixed or not. Also, they’re just a great set of people. I lost my wedding ring into the transmission and they opened up my car and grabbed it, no charge. As long as their service stays great I don’t plan on taking my car anywhere else.

All I can say is wow! This place has one of the best customer service focus staff of any auto shop I have been to. Extremely friendly , knowledgeable and really everyone just genuinely wants to do a good quality job. Repeat business is the name of the game and this is my second time here. Won’t be going anywhere else for oil changes! You won’t regret coming here

These guys are great. My car broke down last night and I wasn’t able to get it towed to them until the next afternoon at like 3. I thought I knew the problem(which was an expensive one) and I know they close at six so I wasn’t expecting it anytime soon. I forgot my house key so I went back there and with a wonderful surprise. They let me know that my car was actually finished already and that I could take it home. The problem wasn’t even what I thought it was. Most car mechanics want to charge you a little more than what’s needed but not these guys. They gave me my car and I was on my way that same day without breaking my wallet at all. Highly recommend this place!

Always friendly the place is very nice and clean. The complex is very quiet especially for the area. Maintenance requested are not only performed but followed up on to insure your satisfied. Thank you guys it’s been great so far.

Wonderful place, the people in the office are great, very helpful and all are pros. At what the do. The best. I want to thank them all once again. The apt. Are very clean, no bugs. If I come back to mesa thats the place I would stay at. A lot of people from out of state stay their, a lot of out of state cars in the parking lot, that alone tells me its a great place to stay. Couldn't move in because they didn't have availability. But top notch service from Kody. Wish every leasing person were like him. I toured and the community was very nice and quiet. Thank you

Couldn't be more pleased with my experience so far at fiesta village. Layla, the property manager, and the other ladies in the office as well as the maintenance staff have all been very friendly and accommodating. The property is well maintained which is refreshing. This includes the pools which I'm very grateful for. The community here so far seems to be great, everybody I've met has been very nice. The initial leasing was quick and easy and paying rent has been even easier, they have a well optimized payment system online that let's me use my debit card. No complaints about this place, honestly.
