“Just so far above and beyond all other dentists I have been to. I went based on a friends referral. I didn't like what my previous dentist told me about a cracked crown. He said I would loose the tooth. Dr Payne said I only needed to replace the crown and he was very reasonable in his pricing. The new crown fits perfectly, better than my other ones! Staff were all very nice and even make for a fun environment!”

“First, I have to say that I do not like going to the dentist, but who does? Dr. Chris Payne and his staff always make me feel welcome. I originally called on a day that the office was closed so I called the Emergency number expecting an answering service at best. Dr. Payne answered on the second ring, took the time to talk with me, told me what to do and actually called later that day to make sure I was no longer in pain. I'm from the NY area no one does that! I went in today with no appointment, they found the problem and took care of it. The staff has a way of making you feel as if you're part of the "family" and you're the most important person to them when you're there. You will not find a more compassionate dentist anywhere and I've been to at least six dentists in the ten years I've lived in Arizona! Five Stars x two!”

“They have plenty of stalls here at this location, each with 2 pumps on each side. All the pumps seemed to be working well. The exterior area was clean, and there is plenty of room, so it's easy to move in and out. The store for this Circle K is medium sized, however the snack selection does not disappoint. I was able to find all my favorite flavors of chips and candies here. There's also the usual selection of cold refreshments. Checkout was quick and easy.”

“I have been dealing with TMJ for years. As time went on it progressively worsen. While getting my yearly cleaning I told my dentist my problem and was referred to AZ TMJ . I can only tell you from my first visit to getting my appliances, with x-rays and adjustments. I am 100% better. While following her direction with exercise and which appliance to wear. “I purchased a new tire for my new to me 2012 Sprinter due to an alignment issue from this store today. Unfortunately another customer backed into my van while the tech was pulling my van into the bay. While this is obviously a frustrating event it was out of their hands. I mostly dealt with Oliver (Senior Assistant Manager) and he was very apologetic and dealt with the situation tactfully. The tech, who unfortunately I can’t remember his name, was also extremely apologetic. I am yet to find out how corporate will deal with my repairs but as far as customer service goes for this branch I was impressed. My right rear door is bent (shifted upward) due to the other customer backing into the custom made bike rack that is mounted to that door and my van is custom painted in Toyota Army Green so it’s not such a simple fix. There is damage to the plastic bumper as well. I will update the review once the claim has been handled but the customer service of the team member should be recognized at this point. *Update: My experience with Fleet Response who handles all Discount Tire's claims was easy and efficient. I submitted a repair estimate from a local shop and my claim was quickly processed and approved. Thank you Discount Tire for taking a frustrating situation and making the best out of it. The level of customer service throughout the process was great and I'll continue to bring my vehicles here when I need tires!”
