“An appointment will be an all day commitment but the doctor is worth it! When I was told my son had a possible torn retina I was freaked out, to say it mildly. The office staff has an office full of patients they juggle and are very clear on how things run. The Dr is NEVER sitting his staff has him flying from one room to the next seeing patient as fast as one human can. He is busy for a reason! While sitting (wishing I had brought my crochet) MANY people in the waiting room said they would never see another specialist for their eyes and all had multiple reasons, which made me feel a lot better as a mother. The staff was yelled at and disrespected on several occasions while I was there, and they only had smiles and cheer in their voices for the next person, no idea how much they are paid but it is not enough if that is the norm. While extremely busy Dr. Kunimoto gave my son and I all the attention we needed and I never felt rushed when he was examining, treating, or explaining things to us. As long as you go in with a full day, a full battery, maybe a craft, and a lot of patience you will not want to go to anyone else.”

It's a classy, beautiful place with very beautiful tasteful apartments. The entire staff is "500 stars" amazing!!! The cook is fantastic! The people who are living there have all embraced my father and made him feel so welcome. He suffers with speech issues and it is so nice to have people around him that understand and try to include him and talk with him. A big thanks to the staff and residents!!!”

“I was so hesitant and nervous to get lip filler because I heard so many different things about them, my biggest fear being the pain. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Savannah, having filler herself, reassured me that it would be quick and easy and that I would 100% be back for another syringe. Her talking to me made me forget I had any doubts about getting the filler! Dr. Laura was absolutely hilarious I loved her! She gave me my dream lips. It’s been a couple of months now and I am still so obsessed with both the customer service and lips i received. Savannah was so right, I went back for another syringe a few weeks later. “Came to try the new shredded beef Birria Tacos that's available to El Pollo Loco reward members! Sneak peak I guess. Got the 2 taco Birria meal which comes with 2 beef Birria tacos, consumé dipping sauce, tortilla chips, and salsa. Drink not included. Meal is $8.29 which I find a bit pricey but that's the cost of trying something new! It was pretty good for a fast food place. The shredded beef was tender and flavorful. The taco was deep fried like how they do it with Jack in the Box tacos. The consumé dip was a bit salty but still paired very well with the tacos. I recommend trying it! I wish I would have gotten the stuffed quesadilla instead though but I chose tacos as that's the classic traditional way to have Birria. Will try Birria quesadilla next time Staff was really nice. I mean the person who rung me up and prepared my order. This store wears face masks but they do not wear gloves. They should!!! Please wear gloves!”

He is a patient listener who takes the time to really hear his patients and explore a variety of treatment options. He has helped me to find solutions to health issues that were effective and affordable. He has a kind and caring manner, as well. By the time I left, I felt comfortable that that we had explored all possible avenues for treatment and I left knowing that I was in good shape with some money still in my pocket.
