They practice patience, which is extremely hard to find in a daycare and they GENUINELY care about the children who attend here. For me QUALITY of childcare is the most important thing when I look for a daycare for my daughter. I would feel confident that everyday my daughter will leave feeling COMFORTABLE and LOVED by the staff. It's hard to find a staff who are friendly and inviting.”

“Our mother needed to move into an assisted living facility very quickly after having a medical emergency. We had contacted many facilities using a variety of placement agencies. We then looked into Brookdale Baywood from the advice of a good friend. We couldn’t be more pleased! Even though we had a short period of time to get her moved in and settled, the staff was amazing! Even during COVID they were so understanding that it was going to be difficult for Mom to adapt from Independent living to assisted and when we needed help in making Mom feel like it was her home. The staff were at her side to give her personnel attention and to explain the “ins and outs” of the available activities, and to introduce her to some of the other residents with which she had interests in common. “Went to see about maybe upgrading to a bigger unit or just more for my money. The current place I am at is way to pricey for nothing bigger than a closet. Considering the fact I was only window shopping and not sure if I was gonna actually get a unit I didn't expect the treatment I got. The manager was the nicest person I've seen in customer service in a long time. Marissa was so helpful and very informative. She definitely helped me make my decision of planning my move in next month. I was shocked at the amount I will be saving by moving my stuff here. It was nice to see a happy smiling face and was so eager to make sure I was happy with everything!!! I would definitely recommend this place. Can't wait to make the move. It's hard to get good customer service nowadays but Marissa really made me feel welcome and it was genuine . This was my 3rd place I stopped and looked at I had 4 more to go look at but after my visit she sold me. Thanks Marissa!!!!”

She is fairly available for things that can not wait: I was able to see her for same day appointments twice last year for emergent issues that did not call for an Emergency room/urgent care visit. The staff is nice and efficient. I am very pleased to have found such a nice primary doctor close to home. I hope she stays around for many more years.”
