I was nervous about CrossFit because, I watched the videos; you know of people doing handstand push-ups while I wasn't sure if I could crank out a push-up. The coaches are great, I feel that each one of them cares about my development. They scaled workouts to my level but encouraged me to push myself. They didn't make me feel bad about where I was and taught me proper techniques. I'm at 2 months of continuous training and I've come a very long way. I'm thankful for my Incite team.”
