“First I've been seeing Dr Freberg for over 35 years. Love, love the Dr. , not his office. I tried to get an appointment for an ER follow-up. No appointment till Dec.. You have to talk to a phone center now, you can't even talk to his office anymore. Between the phone wait times and the call center, I give up. The only result I got was the call center person asking me questions, I thought she was asking whether I had Covid symptoms. I answered no to the list and she says. Those were the symptoms listed from your ER visit. You're not an emergency anymore. I couldn't believe it. All I got was my blood pressure raised. I guess the patient isn't important anymore. May have to find another Dr. It's a shame....... Thank you Dr Freberg's actual office, called back right away and I have an appointment tomorrow.”

“I'm a couple months into treatment here and have been to the office a few times. I have to say I've been very impressed with the ENTIRE staff at Frost Orthodontics! The front office staff is so nice and the back office assistants are always happy to see me. I have never felt like just a number here, never rushed in or out. Both doctors always make sure to say hello. You can tell they have built a very cohesive office culture and they all enjoy being there. Frances was the assistant who worked with me today as they placed little implants (TAD's) in my jaw to help the orthodontic movement. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable during my treatment today as were all the assistants who I have worked with there previously. I HIGHLY recommend their VIRTUAL CONSULT option on their website for non-intrusive feedback regarding treatment options and fees, was very easy.”

“My experience at Lee Family Chiropractic with Dr. Lee was amazing. I really am grateful to have found a great chiropractor I can trust and which actually solved my problems. Even though he is all the way in Mesa and and I live in QC I still will travel out to go and see him. He helped me with a back injury a couple of months ago and I honestly have not had any back problems since. Oftentimes with other chiropractors...or most Drs in any field, they sometimes gave me the feeling they were in a rush and had to hurry out to get to other patients. Dr. Lee really made me fell comfortable, I could tell he truly cared about my issues. He always listened intently to what I had to say. and asking questions like: "Is there anything else that is bothering you or that you have concerns about? Have I answered all your questions?" Anyway it was just a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone.”
