The staff was just amazing by doing all they could to provide comfort and make my stay as pleasant and easy as possible. While the circumstances of my stay were not cheerful, the care, patient and constant attention from everyone, made my stay a positive experience. The fact I’m still alive also helps. “Went to the TOCA office in mesa to see Dr Economopoulos for my knee. The reception office staff were pleasant and answered questions even though they were busy. Got taken to exam room at my appointed time. Doctor came in 5 minutes later. After greetings he sat down and asked me what was going on. First I liked the fact he came in himself instead of a PA who normally gathers info for doctors and passes it on. Second he was not looking at a file chart or computer monitor but looking at me and listening. He did not seemed rushed to get to the next patient. He told me my options and his recommendation. But in the end it was my decision and I did not feel pressured. The final staff member we met was just as pleasant and we had a few laughs. Go see him.”
